First snow this winter
Finally snow came down:) and our winter holiday started, will last until 6 of January. Unfortunately I wont go home for christmas. We will have here Christmas and new years eve meeting, so there will be plenty people, music, guest speakers and lots of work. Busy holiday, but it will be fun for sure.
Today was also my first experience in teaching class about herbs.
God has caused to grow out of the ground herbs for the use of man, and if we understand the nature of these roots and herbs, and make a right use of them, there would not be a necessity of running for the doctor so frequently, and people would be in much better health than they are today. Yesterday we visited Anatomy exposition in Köln. There were dead bodies, but it was ok. In University we had to make a fake surgery on dead dog...this was already something.
Antioxidant benefits
- Pomegranates, like all darkly colored fruits and vegetables, are extremely rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants are able to prevent and repair cellular damage caused by free radicals in the body; they are closely linked to cancer prevention. Pomegranate's high antioxidant content is thought to make it instrumental in preventing skin, prostate, and breast cancer.
- Pomegranate juice is a natural inhibitor of cartilage-depleting enzymes in the body and is thought to prevent certain types of arthritis, as well as cartilage degradation in general.
- Frequent consumption of pomegranate juice over an extended period of time is thought to be directly correlated to a decrease in the risk of Alzheimer's disease and to promote brain health in general. Research studies using mice found that mice fed pomegranate juice over a period of time developed fewer of the brain plaques associated with the onset of Alzheimer's disease and were better able to perform mental tasks than mice not consuming pomegranate juice.

Massage sertificate
Picture from cooking class.
I woke up today at 4 and I couldn't fall asleep because of massage exam excitement. Today was the day which was waited for a long time. First exam part was theoretical and then anamnese, function test and treatment plan. Afternoon practical massage exam 1/2 sedative on arm and shoulder and 1/2 stimulative on the back. I don't even doubt that God was really helping me to accomplish this all tasks.
Hopefully soon I will do Lymphatic massage course.
Looking forward to have my own clients :) very soon
