1 large onion

Red lentils
4-5 cups water
2 garlic cloves
2-3 tbsp spice mixture
crushed tomatoes
green beans
fresh or frozen spinach
salt
Spice mixture:
cardemon, coriander, fenugreek, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, paprika, tumeric, cayenne, black pepper.
If you don't have them all - not a problem - add what you have
