Discovering God's will

I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Jeremija 29:11

Our live experiences shape us in a way that makes us passionate about some things and indifferent to others.

One of the marks of adulthood is a thirst for doing something that makes a difference aswell as something that makes sense.

"Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart" Psalm 37:4

We reap what we sow. Dont allow yourself to become tired of doing your work well.

Dont burn out on the little things, because the great things that come to us are borne on the backs of lots of little things.

We become what we focus on

By concentrating on our strengths we learn to control our weaknesses. We become what we focus on.

Hot spring

I have been busy working so havent had time to post much. I am now living with sweet Indian people in Runcorn "China town" area. Love it!

Book party was awesome. Thanks to W. And N.

My lovely Indian friends cooking traditional Indian food....they are just so cute.

Ted Wilson was in Brisbane...and I was blessed by his cermon. Youth has to get out on mission field to get experience that leads them to have clouser walk with God. There are always so many destructions otherwise. Also dont be ashamed to call yourself Seventh day Adventist.

Bushdrive gave me lots of adrenaline.

With dear Angy on her graduation party.

That our backround and circumstances may have influenced who we are, but we are responsible for who we become.

My father knows how much I can carry

Last week I have been working with planting and pulling flowers, all day standing, but I dont complain its wonderful job anyway. There is a nice story about one little boy who was carrying a basket full of groceries while shopping with his father. The basket became quite full, and a clerk noticed that the little boy was struggling to manage the weight as he bravely lumbered toward the checkout line. The clerk asked, "Do you need help with that basket, young man?" to which the boy replied, "No. My father knows how much I can carry."

Have been driving to work so I am getting used to with left side of the road driving...not too bad:)

Last sunday we went to the South Bank in Brisbane, really cousy swimming pool in the city...good and relaxing area for recreation for whole family.

Its a mango season....yummy.

Wellness

Yesterday we were on 3 markets...was really fun. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables are sold by the local farmers. Aswell people bring their stuff they dont use anymore and sell for some dollars. Everyody that enters market has to pay, sellers or buyers, doesent matter. In my country usually only sellers have to pay. Is that fair?

Later we visited one sweet family and had lunch together. E. showed me their garden that was like a botanical garden...so many varieties of fruit and berry trees. All year round there is something that can be taken from the garden. Isnt that a blessing!?

Yesterday I created WELLNESS smoothie.

  • strawberry

  • banana

  • papaya

  • avocado

  • fresh aloe vera gel

  • bit of spirulina

  • water

"Your will be done"

Sofias 1 year Birthday celebration

Me with my filipino aunty.

I am learning to walk by faith and not to look on what is MY plan for my life, but what God has in PLAN for me. I can be sometimes too much self centered that I forget who actually created me and what is my purpose. In steps to Christ, EGW wrote "The warfare against self is the greatest battle that was ever fought." The yielding of self, surrendering all to the will of God, requires a struggle; but the soul must submit to God before it can be renewed in holiness." Paul wrote of this battle in Romans 7:15 "I do not understand my own actions. For I do not what I want, but I do the very thing that I hate" Paul seems to be in despair about this war in his heart. He says:"I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh." The most hardest is to pray that Jesus prayed in Gethsemane: "Your will be done."
